Is it just me or is Paris Hilton on dope? Every picture of her I come across on the wed she appears to be completely fucked up!!! Maybe its just how she poses or how her face looks with all that glossy make-up on(see pic above), but I think from all the videos & pics we’ve seen of Paris partying, smoking weed and popping pills in clubs, its easy to say Pairs Hilton is most likely on dope in all of her pics. In strange way though, she kinda looks, well, HOT! No I mean it, shes got that hazy drunk look that just makes you wanna start….talking to her.
